Shipping Update: Temporary Suspension of Deliveries to the United States

Dear Customers,

Due to the new customs regulations introduced under the Executive Order “Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment for all Countries”, effective August 29, 2025, we are currently unable to ship orders to the United States.

Starting August 22, 2025, Deutsche Post and DHL Paket have temporarily suspended the acceptance and transportation of parcels and international shipments from business customers to the USA.

The reason for these restrictions is the implementation of new processes required by U.S. authorities, which differ from the regulations previously in place. At this point, several key questions remain unresolved — in particular:

  • how and by whom customs duties will be collected in the future,

  • what additional data will be required, and

  • how the transmission of this data to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will be carried out.

Until these issues have been clarified, shipments to the United States cannot be processed.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience this causes and thank you for your understanding. We will resume shipping to the USA as soon as the situation allows.
